For mature teens and adults, I strongly suggest this book: "In Sheep's clothing: understanding and dealing with manipulative people", by George K Simon. For those who want to be enlightened, read The Sociopath Next Door by Martha Stout or In Sheep's Clothing: Understanding and Dealing with Manipulative People by George K.
